Recently, the Chuzhou section of the Chuzhou-Nanjing Intercity Railway, China's first interprovincial intercity railway, was officially opened to traffic. Saisi clock system contributes to the construction of a multi-level transportation system in the Yangtze River Delta.
With a total investment of about 15.3 billion yuan, the Chuzhou section of the railway stretches 49.66 kilometers and has 14 stations. Its starting station is Chuzhou High-Speed Railway Station, also the largest station along the whole line, and the terminal station is Chahe Station. It is China's first PPP project of interprovincial intercity railway and a landmark project for the integrated transportation development in the Yangtze River Delta.
As the basic network of the special communication system for the Chuzhou section of the Chuzhou-Nanjing Intercity Railway, the transmission system is a critical subsystem of the urban rail transit communication system.
The transmission system is an optical fiber-based broadband integrated services digital transmission network, which provides transmission channels for various service information and forms an integrated services transmission network for delivering voice, text, data, images and other information. It can provide reliable, redundant, reconfigurable and flexible information transmission channels for other communication subsystems as well as professional systems such as signal maintenance and monitoring, automatic fare collection (AFC), integrated supervision and control system (ISCS), and escalators & elevators, serving as an essential information transmission platform to ensure the operation of urban rail transit.
The clock system is a device that provides unified standard time information for dispatchers at the control center, station attendants, staff of various departments related to train operation, and passengers. Meanwhile, it can supply unified time signals to other system equipment of the project, synchronizing the timing equipment of each system with this system. The installation of the clock system plays a vital role in ensuring accurate timing for rail transit operation and improving operational efficiency.
The clock system of the Chuzhou-Nanjing Intercity Railway adopts a two-level networking structure of control center and stations / vehicle depot, consisting of a primary master clock at the control center, secondary master clocks at stations / vehicle depot, secondary clocks (time display units), transmission channels and network management equipment.
One network management terminal is deployed in the network management room of the control center as the desktop terminal of the clock system network management platform. A set of primary master clock is installed in the communication equipment room of the control center; a set of secondary master clock is respectively arranged in the communication equipment rooms of the vehicle depot and stations to receive timing signals from the primary master clock and drive the secondary clocks. The system reserves the capacity for sectional commissioning and operation.
