Saisi × Everbright Securities | Building High-Precision Time Synchronization Servers

Recently, Saisi has reached a cooperation with Everbright Securities. Saisi will build a time synchronization platform for its core computer rooms in Shanghai Jinqiao Data Center, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Data Center, and Shenzhen Southern Center, providing PTP time synchronization servers with 30-nanosecond accuracy and NTP time synchronization servers with 1-millisecond accuracy for more than 6,000 servers and network devices across the entire network.

In response to the increasingly precise time synchronization requirements of institutional clients, institutional business servers, and active production servers in core computer rooms, Saisi has developed a complete set of high-precision time synchronization server solutions for Everbright Securities’ core computer rooms this time.

Upon completion, Saisi will build new time synchronization systems in the Shanghai Jinqiao Data Center and Shenzhen Southern Center, including a clock server domain and a user service domain. In addition, a new time synchronization system will be constructed in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Data Center for production system timing and system testing.

After the completion of the time synchronization system, Everbright Securities will establish its own authoritative time domain in key production computer rooms, ensuring precise time synchronization for all servers within the domain.

The time synchronization servers customized by Saisi for Everbright Securities will provide 30-nanosecond precision PTP timing services and 1-millisecond precision NTP timing services for all over 6,000 servers and network devices in the three computer rooms. The entire time synchronization system has an expected service life of more than 10 years and supports PTP timing within a 60-kilometer range. All timing equipment features active-standby dual-server mode, dual rubidium clock card redundancy for single clock devices, and redundant protection output for PTP/NTP output cards, delivering high availability and strong system robustness.
