Recently, Zhejiang SAISI Electronic Technology has officially established cooperation with Zhejiang Jingrui Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., providing an NTP server for its epitaxial wafer factory to support semiconductor silicon wafer manufacturing.
Founded in 2020, Jingrui Electronics is a semiconductor silicon wafer manufacturer mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of semiconductor silicon wafers. As the core basic material of the semiconductor industry, silicon wafers are upstream of the polysilicon manufacturing industry and downstream of the integrated circuit and discrete device manufacturing industries.
Jingrui Electronics' wafer and epitaxial wafer manufacturing project is one of the major semiconductor industry projects introduced in Lishui in 2020, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. Upon completion, the project will further enhance the innovation capacity of the strategic emerging semiconductor industry.
The epitaxial wafer factory, serving as the production base for electronic wafers and epitaxial wafers, is currently under construction. SAISI's synchronous clock equipment will be deployed in the system equipment room to ensure accurate and stable operation of its production lines.
The TS3000 provided to Jingrui Electronics is a high-precision NTP server supporting dual-mode satellite input, NTP and 1PPS output. It is widely used in smart cities, expressways, manufacturing enterprises with special processes and other scenarios.
In the future, SAISI will continue to focus on integrated R&D and manufacturing, deepen the time and frequency field, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
