Recently, Zhejiang Saisi supplied high-precision clock servers for the Kunming-Chuxiong Expressway (Kuchu Expressway) in Yunnan Province, ensuring the stable operation of the tunnel monitoring system.
Saisi has participated in the procurement and integration project of tunnel electromechanical equipment and three major systems for the Kuchu Expressway expansion project. Saisi clock products will be integrated into the tunnel monitoring system to support on-site safety control and real-time road condition monitoring.
As a critical part of the tunnel electromechanical system, the tunnel monitoring system faces strict and comprehensive requirements due to the special enclosed environment of tunnels. In the event of traffic accidents or disasters, more emergency prevention and control facilities are required. Besides basic on-site control and traffic monitoring, emergency telephones, radio and television systems, and other supporting facilities are also essential.
Under such a complex monitoring architecture, an accurate and unified time source is indispensable. Only with precise time synchronization can the monitoring center process data from all subsystems accurately and in real time, ensuring reliable safety prevention and control.
The TS3000 provided for this project is a general-purpose clock server. It features abundant output interfaces and types. By tracking satellite signals or upstream input references, the device provides high-precision NTP output for downstream equipment; other time interface signals can be optionally configured.
When external timing signals are lost, the TS3000 maintains high-precision time output continuously using its internal high-stability crystal oscillator or rubidium clock, combined with proprietary FPGA algorithms. With comprehensive performance and strong compatibility, it is widely applied in time synchronization scenarios across all industries.
With social and technological advancement, time synchronization applications continue to expand into various sectors related to national economy and people’s livelihood.
