In this field, Saisi uses high-precision "clock synchronization" as a strategic fulcrum to deeply empower the "Three Oil Giants" - CNOOC, Sinopec, and CSG - from land-based refining and chemical production to deep-sea exploration application scenarios.

The early land-based breakthrough - the "Three Oil Giants" used Saisi's timing system to achieve full-link high-precision time synchronization; now the deep-sea breakthrough - CNOOC's deep-sea underwater exploration equipment is equipped with Saisi's high-performance chip atomic clocks.

As global oil and gas exploration advances into "deepwater and ultra-deepwater", the deep sea has become a new battlefield in the energy competition among major countries. As the main force in China's deep-sea oil and gas exploration and development, CNOOC has already discovered five oil and gas fields over 100 million tons in the Bohai Sea and South China Sea in the past 24 years.

In the development of deep-sea oil and gas fields, the time synchronization accuracy of deep-sea underwater nodes directly determines the accuracy of seismic wave data and the efficiency of oil and gas resource positioning. The time synchronization error between deep-sea underwater nodes needs to be controlled within the microsecond level; otherwise, it will lead to signal distortion and affect the accuracy of layer imaging.

As a benchmark enterprise for clock synchronization, Saisi has customized high-performance chip atomic clocks for CNOOC. This atomic clock is a micro atomic clock based on the coherent population trapping principle and MEMSA technology, which can output an accurate and stable 16.384 MHz standard frequency signal and 1PPS pulse signal to the deep-sea underwater node equipment.

At the same time, the product adopts an anti-pressure and corrosion sealing design, which can work normally within the temperature range of -10℃ to +70℃, highly adapting to the high-pressure environment of the deep sea; it has ≤130mW low power consumption and ultra-stable performance, which can ensure the array synchronization triggering of deep-sea underwater sensors and effectively reduce the error rate of exploration data.
