Visionox Hefei Deploys Facility Management and Control System to Boost Output of 6th-Gen Flexible AMOLED Line
The Facility Management and Control System (FMCS) is a cutting-edge solution developed for the digital transformation of manufacturing. It is also a key initiative of Visionox Hefei to cut costs, improve efficiency and advance the development of local OLED industry for its 6th-generation flexible AMOLED production line.
Digitalization lies at the core of this system. Leveraging modern technologies, it connects sensors, monitoring devices, production equipment and other facilities, breaking down information silos between subsystems. It enables centralized monitoring of the operational status and safety conditions of all distributed equipment. Equipped with comprehensive operation management functions including maintenance, equipment traceability and inventory management, the system facilitates overall enterprise operation, realizes shared and centralized equipment data, elevates production efficiency and product quality, reduces energy costs and ensures production safety.
In short, against the backdrop of the high-power-consumption 5G era, the fully operational FMCS empowers Visionox Hefei to expand production capacity and achieve production targets efficiently via digital transformation.
Highly synchronized industrial networks and data are the cornerstone for stable operation of FMCS, which relies entirely on professional timing synchronization technology. For this project, Saisi deployed its high-precision NTP server TS3000 for Visionox Hefei.
The TS3000 series retrieves standard time signals from GPS and BeiDou satellites. Via diversified interfaces, it delivers standard time signals with outstanding accuracy, stability, security and reliability to various intelligent terminals. All devices are thus synchronized to a unified time standard, keeping the deviation between local device time and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) within an extremely narrow range.
