1. The Volta Engine Yangtze River Delta Computing Power Center is a key project of the Wuhu "East Data West Computing" data cluster.
It is the first computing power center of ByteDance's in East China. The center is a major project of the "East Data West Computing" data cluster in Wuhu, with a total investment of 8 billion yuan. It will deploy 21,800 server cabinets and be equipped with a 220kV independent substation, carrying multiple missions such as AI large model training, cloud computing, and regional digital economy development.

Through millisecond-level time precision, it ensures the data consistency of the distributed system in the Volta Engine Yangtze River Delta Computing Power Center, the accuracy of AI training results, and the reliability of dynamic scheduling of computing resources.
As a strategic partner of leading cloud service providers such as Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud, this cooperation with ByteDance's Volta Engine Yangtze River Delta Computing Power Center will enable Saisi to provide all-round support for its "infrastructure - business engine", helping ByteDance's Volta Cloud to create a "new universe in the cloud".
