Recently, the clock system provided by Saisi for the terminal building of Lijiang Sanyi International Airport has been successfully installed and commissioned. It plays a key role in ensuring unified time synchronization of all airport information systems and delivering higher-quality time services to passengers.

Yunnan Lijiang Sanyi International Airport started construction in 1992 and was officially opened to air traffic in 1995. With a terminal building area of 38,300 square meters, it is a 4D-class civil international airport, the second-largest air hub in Yunnan, and a regional tourism transport hub in the province. Having undergone two expansions and renovations, the airport has become one of the fundamental platforms for Lijiangs economic and social development. It is of great significance to enhancing Lijiangs external image, improving tourism quality, and promoting the social, economic and cultural development of northwest Yunnan.

The clock system is a critical component of aviation transportation. For civil aviation airports, a dedicated clock system is generally equipped in each terminal building. Its main function is to provide unified and accurate time information for passengers, staff, and various information systems. Clocks in waiting halls and ticket offices offer precise time for travelers; clocks in offices and other airport areas support on-site staff; and time signals provided to other information systems establish a standard time reference for flight operations, ensuring the punctual and safe operation of the airports communication systems.

Saisi participated in the Lijiang Airport Terminal Renovation Project. The companys flagship product for rail/aviation transportation, the TS8000, was deployed as the primary master clock, replacing outdated legacy equipment and providing a precise and unified time reference for the entire terminal.

Saisis high-precision clock system features multi-redundancy design and a proprietary FPGA time-keeping algorithm, delivering high security and excellent timing accuracy. It can act as a primary master clock connected to secondary clocks, fully meeting the time synchronization requirements of airport terminals. Saisi has extensive application experience in the airport sector, having participated in terminal projects including Lhasa Gonggar International Airport, Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, and Baiyin General Airport in Gansu.
