PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company (hereinafter referred to as "Liaoyang Petrochemical") has reached a cooperation with Zhejiang Saisi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. For the renovation project of the Production Control Center of the Refinery, as well as the integrated renovation project of the control rooms of the Olefin Plant and Nylon Plant, Liaoyang Petrochemical has selected our company's synchronized clock system.
Liaoyang Petrochemical is a regional branch of PetroChina Company Limited. Located in the southeastern suburb of Liaoyang, an ancient cultural city in Liaoning Province, it covers an area of nearly 16 square kilometers and is a major chemical fiber production base in northern China.Liaoyang Petrochemical is mainly engaged in the core businesses of the former Liaohua, including refining and chemical production, product sales, etc. Focusing on product quality, the company actively explores both domestic and international markets and adheres to the development strategy of "Famous Brand Products".
The clock synchronization system is a critical part of the information engineering for the renovation project of Liaoyang Petrochemical's manufacturing center. All control systems of production units adopt a unified clock. A clock synchronization server is deployed in the central control room to provide time synchronization for all control systems, ensuring precise time alignment across the systems.
The clock synchronization servers provided by our company realize time synchronization with various control systems via NTP network time protocol, with communication cabling completed inside the central control room.The system is designed in a structured, modular and integrated manner, meeting the requirements of system maintenance and technological development.Adopting advanced and mature technologies with high-precision and reliable equipment, this project will build a modern control center featuring strong stability, high precision and high reliability for Liaoyang Petrochemical.
