oil and gas circle expansion
Saisi completes its business layout in the "Big Three Oil Companies"
The oil and gas industry, as the "energy backbone" of the social infrastructure sector, is crucial to the overall economic development. CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC—the "three oil giants" —act like three steel arteries running through China's energy landscape (upstream exploration and development ensure energy security, midstream storage and transportation networks build energy corridors, and downstream refining and petrochemical innovation drive industrial upgrading).
In this arena, Saisi leverages high-precision clock synchronization as its strategic cornerstone to empower the 'Big Three' oil giants—China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Sinopec, and CNOOC—across their applications from onshore refining to deep-sea exploration.
The initial land offensive — the 'Big Three' oil giants implemented Saisi time synchronization systems in multiple large-scale projects to achieve full-chain high-precision time synchronization; now the deep-sea breakthrough — CNOOC's deep-sea underwater node exploration equipment utilizes Saisi chip atomic clocks.

Help CNOOC Unlock Oil & Gas Field with 100 Million Tons
As global oil and gas exploration advances into "deep water and deep layers", the deep sea has become a new battleground for energy competition among major powers. As the main force in China's deep-water oil and gas exploration and development, CNOOC has already proven five oil and gas fields with over 100 million tons of reserves in the Bohai Sea and South China Sea over the past 24 years.
In deep-sea oil and gas field development, the time synchronization accuracy of underwater nodes directly determines the precision of seismic data and the efficiency of resource localization. Deep-sea exploration requires seismic wave signals to be collected through Underwater Node Devices (OBNs), where the time synchronization error between devices must be controlled at the microsecond level. Otherwise, signal superposition distortion will occur, compromising the accuracy of formation imaging.
As a leading clock synchronization company, Saisi developed a custom atomic clock chip for CNOOC, replacing dozens of imported atomic clocks. This micro-atomic clock, based on coherent population trapping and MEMS-AC technology, delivers a precise and stable 16.384MHz standard frequency signal and 1PPS pulse signal to deep-sea underwater node equipment.
The product features a pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing design, enabling normal operation within a temperature range of-10°C to +70°C, making it highly adaptable to deep-sea high-pressure environments. It boasts a low power consumption of ≤130mW and ultra-stable performance, ensuring synchronized triggering of underwater sensor arrays in deep-sea environments, thereby effectively reducing exploration data error rates.
With over a decade of expertise in clock synchronization, Saisi has built a comprehensive ecosystem spanning critical components (clock chips, crystal oscillators, atomic clocks) to complete systems (NTP/PTP time synchronization servers, time synchronization devices, time synchronization security devices, time-frequency testers, etc.) and multi-industry end-to-end solutions, achieving full coverage across land, air, and deep-sea scenarios.
Looking ahead, Saisi will continue to uphold its philosophy of "Leading Time-Frequency Intelligence, Co-creating a Precise World," providing comprehensive products and solutions to address time-frequency benchmarking challenges across diverse industries. Simultaneously, it will extend its collaboration network and expand its business chain, further expanding Saisi's "circle of friends" in various sectors.
