Recently, Zhejiang Saisi has successfully established cooperation with Yichang Humanwell Pharmaceutical, a R&D and production base for narcotic drugs, to provide precise and reliable synchronous timing services for its newly built global headquarters base.
It is reported that the newly built global headquarters base of Humanwell Pharmaceutical covers an area of about 400 mu. In accordance with international standards, it will build a comprehensive headquarters integrating R&D, production, testing, living and other functions, with a construction period of 60 months. Upon full completion and production capacity realization, the project will lay a solid foundation for Yichang Humanwell to rank among the world-class pharmaceutical enterprises and for Yichang to build a 100-billion-level biomedical industry base. At that time, Saisi's synchronous timing equipment will be deployed in the intelligent production line industrial control system of the base to synchronize hundreds of pharmaceutical machines, ensuring the orderly and stable operation of the pharmaceutical production chain.
For production units, building an industrial automation system will effectively standardize production order and improve production efficiency. At present, most small and medium-sized production enterprises have adopted low-cost basic automation systems, which command and control production machines through system software. To realize automatic control, time synchronization is a crucial link. Machines on the assembly line require strict synchronization with each other, and unified timing is also needed between various control system equipment and computers to ensure an accurate information source for accident analysis, testing reference, etc. With the vigorous promotion of industrial intelligent manufacturing, time synchronization products, as a key component, play an important role.
The TS3000 provided for Humanwell Pharmaceutical this time is a miniaturized, high-precision box-type NTP server, supporting dual-mode satellite input, NTP and pulse-per-second output.
