Recently, Zhejiang Saisi has supplied two NTP time servers to Zhejiang Yuanli Metal Products Group, providing accurate time synchronization services for this large private enterprise in the metal products manufacturing industry.
Established in 1991, Zhejiang Yuanli Metal Products Group is an export-oriented industrial and trade integrated metal products manufacturer. Its business scope covers ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling and deep processing of various metal products, boasting a complete industrial chain of metal production, processing and manufacturing.
For manufacturing enterprises focusing on raw material processing, the construction of industrial automation systems can effectively standardize production workflows and elevate production efficiency. Regardless of full automation or semi-automation, an automatic control system must be equipped with an accurate and stable synchronous time source. Otherwise, the control system will lose its reference benchmark and fall out of control easily. With the comprehensive advancement of industrial intelligent manufacturing, time synchronization products, as a critical core link, undertake an irreplaceable key function.
The TS3000 universal NTP time server provided for Yuanli Metal in this project supports GPS/BDS dual-mode, dual-antenna and master-backup-slave configuration. It is equipped with diversified output interfaces and signal types. By tracking satellite timing signals or upstream input time sources, the device outputs precise NTP timing signals for terminal equipment, with optional extended time signal interfaces available. When external timing signals are interrupted, the built-in high-precision crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock, combined with independent FPGA algorithm, ensures continuous high-precision time signal output. This product is widely adopted in time synchronization and timing service scenarios across all industries.
