In 2023, Saisi supplied multiple sets of 5G synchronous network clock devices to China National Nuclear Corporation's Fuqing, Changjiang, Qinshan, and Tianwan nuclear power plants. These devices provided precise and reliable time benchmarks for the 5G production networks of the four plants, significantly advancing the development of 5G-enabled smart nuclear power.
1.5G Private Network: The Key to Digital Transformation in Vertical Industries

The deployment of 5G private networks is an indispensable means for vertical industries to promote 5G innovative applications, expand production efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. With the increasingly mature and complete layout of 5G base stations by various operators, the construction of China's 5G private networks has also entered a period of rapid development. Currently, 5G private networks have been successfully implemented in vertical industries such as mines, oil fields, nuclear power, and high-precision manufacturing, significantly reducing operating costs and improving production efficiency.
2. Smart Nuclear Power and Time Synchronization
Smart nuclear power, based on technologies such as 5G industrial internet (dedicated network), big data, and artificial intelligence, is the future direction of nuclear power development. With the maturation of technologies like 5G and artificial intelligence, nuclear power units have progressively established 5G-based industrial private networks and developed AI-powered intelligent equipment and robots. These advancements not only create an optimal network communication environment to ensure stable operation of smart terminal devices, but also enable unmanned execution of hazardous tasks, significantly enhancing production safety.
As a critical component of power generation systems, nuclear power plants also require high-precision time synchronization benchmarks. Particularly, as one of the most complex industrial systems with the highest accident risk, nuclear power plants impose exceptionally stringent requirements and standards on the supporting automation equipment for production operations and safety management.
With its robust comprehensive capabilities and product competitiveness, Saisi has successfully established a strategic partnership with China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) to undertake the 5G production wireless network construction projects for four major nuclear power plants, including Qinshan. This initiative will play a pivotal role in creating precise and stable communication environments for each facility while ensuring nuclear radiation safety.
3. Saisi: An expert in power time-frequency synchronization
Saisi has been deeply engaged in the power sector for many years, with products and solutions covering the five major links of power system generation, transformation, transmission, distribution, and consumption. It is one of the few time-frequency vendors in China that can provide end-to-end time-frequency synchronization solutions and products for the entire power system.
Power generation: Saisi synchronous clock has been widely used in various types of power plants such as thermal power, wind power, hydropower, nuclear power, and photovoltaic power generation, and has cooperated with the five major power generation groups in China.
Substation operations: Through continuous upgrades to Saisi's power time synchronization devices, the system now meets all technical standards. Over the past two years, the substation market has achieved significant breakthroughs, establishing long-term partnerships with key clients including Liaoning Electric Power Company, Henan Electric Power Company, and Longyuan Power.
Power transmission and distribution: This is primarily managed by regional power supply companies. Their core responsibility is to safely and continuously deliver electricity to customers through transmission and distribution infrastructure. Saisi has provided precise and stable time synchronization services to power supply units including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xi'an, and Kunming Power Supply Bureau, ensuring the stable operation of their power dispatching systems.
In addition, Saisi's synchronization products are also widely used in the power communication field. The power communication system is an important guarantee for the safe production and operation of the power system, especially in the current era of widespread smart grids, becoming an important information technology support for smart grids. Saisi has provided synchronization equipment for over 70% of provincial backbone networks and is a core supplier in the field of China's power communication synchronization network.
