On November 20,2025, Zhejiang Saisi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (a time-frequency technology company) and Zhejiang Yijing Technology Co., Ltd. (a national high-tech enterprise) officially signed a joint venture agreement to establish Zhejiang Saisi Yijing Technology Co., Ltd.
