Senior executives and all marketing team members gathered to review the year's remarkable achievements and chart the course for 2026.

At the meeting, Cao Hui, Deputy General Manager of Saisi and the conference moderator, delivered a comprehensive review of the company's overall business performance in 2025. He highlighted that the past year marked a year of bold initiatives and remarkable achievements for Saisi, with both annual revenue and performance metrics far exceeding expectations, and all business segments achieving leapfrog development.

The company has achieved comprehensive leadership in core clock and SLIC voice technology, securing the top position in the clock market share among China's three core industries: telecom operators, power grids, and railways. Its two strategic product lines—security time servers and domestic SLIC voice chips—have consistently maintained the highest market share nationwide, marking a milestone leap from technological catch-up to market leadership.

The annual summary conference featured a special segment titled "2025 Classic Sales Case Studies." Frontline sales professionals shared success stories through PowerPoint, detailing both the "highlights" of their achievements and the "pitfalls" of failed projects, systematically breaking down the entire journey from project conception to execution. Participants collaborated to pool insights, summarizing practical experiences and innovative strategies in tackling complex projects, understanding customer needs, and developing differentiated competitive approaches. These vivid case studies not only provided a systematic review of past successes but also offered replicable and scalable methodological guidance for the team. 03 Launching 2026: Riding the wave of momentum, we embark on a new journey. Subsequently, the heads of various business teams took turns to present their reports. They reviewed progress on target achievement, key projects, market expansion, and team development, highlighting accomplishments while discussing improvements to strengthen the collaborative synergy of "united in purpose, working as one, and striving together."  "From the industry's vantage point, we must not only' hold onto 'our strengths but also' break new ground '!" Xu Wen, the company's founder, outlined Saisi's direction for 2026 in his summary. He emphasized that in the new year, Saisi must restart with a "reset mindset," focusing on three core pillars: "technology-driven innovation, integrated sales and service, and high-quality growth." This approach will consolidate domestic advantages while fully expanding overseas markets.
