The annual IEEE1588 International Symposium on Clock Synchronization Measurement, Control and Communication (ISPCS) was held at the National Physical Laboratory in London, UK, from September 18 to 22,2023. Saisi attended as scheduled, collaborating with global partners to explore clock synchronization technologies and distributed applications based on synchronized clocks.
IEEE1588 International Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization Measurement, Control and Communication

The ISPCS exhibition, held concurrently with the IEEE1588 International Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization Measurement, Control and Communication, brings together world-leading clock synchronization equipment manufacturers and top experts. Participants showcase products, conduct professional testing, and exchange insights to explore cutting-edge technologies and future trends in the clock synchronization field. This event accelerates the development of the entire clock industry chain and serves as a barometer for global advancements in clock synchronization technology.
China is the only participating company! Saisi collaborates with global top time-frequency experts and enterprises to chart a new future for clock development.
In recent years, clock synchronization technology has been continuously expanding across various sectors of society and has been implemented in industries such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the metaverse. The efficiency of industry-academia-research-application integration has significantly improved, covering the design of components, modules, and entire systems and applications. The current ISPCS conference primarily focuses on clock synchronization technology and distributed applications based on synchronized clocks.

As the only Chinese company participating in the event, Saisi brought its independently developed ultra-high stability and ultra-low noise clocks, atomic clocks, high-precision clock chips, and PTP time synchronization servers to the ISPCS 2023 London exhibition.
At the ISPCS 2023 exhibition, regarding clock electronic components:
Saisi's clock products (TCXO, OCXO, Clock Module) feature exceptional stability, ultra-low phase noise, low power consumption, strong anti-interference capability, and miniaturization, with key performance metrics leading the industry. Saisi is also one of the few global manufacturers capable of large-scale production of high-stability clock products and comprehensive clock solutions.
The showcased atomic clock series features three cutting-edge self-developed miniaturized models: the Rubidium Atomic Clock QT31, CPT Atomic Clock QT55, and Chip Atomic Clock QT45, all compatible with SA.55 and SA.45 atomic clock products. With a 40% reduction in power consumption, these clocks achieve revolutionary technological breakthroughs in key performance parameters like frequency stability, surpassing other solutions.
The exhibition showcases high-precision clock chips, including Buffer, Clock Generator, and System-on-Chip (SOC) products. Notably, the clock SOC chip has achieved breakthroughs in multiple technical challenges, such as high-performance phase-locked loop (PLL) integration design, high-precision time synchronization measurement technology, and advanced clock synchronization algorithms. It can replace traditional time-frequency boards, offering significant advantages like low cost, high integration, simple design, and comprehensive functionality.
