Industrial IoT sensor nodes operate in tough working conditions: wide temperature swing, mechanical vibration, dust and electromagnetic interference. Timing reference failure will stop data collection, break wireless communication and cause expensive downtime. Saisi implements full batch testing: temperature cycling, aging screening, ESR measurement and frequency verification for every production lot.
