Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO)

Equipped with an integrated temperature sensor and compensation circuitry, it detects ambient temperature fluctuations in real time and dynamically fine-tunes output frequency. It delivers drastically improved frequency accuracy across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and is widely deployed in outdoor communication hardware, automotive electronics and portable measuring instruments.

Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO)

The crystal resonator is housed inside a precision temperature-controlled oven that maintains a constant internal temperature regardless of external temperature variations. It delivers the highest frequency stability and ultra-low phase noise available for civilian applications, with aging rates down to the ppb level. As an indispensable core timing reference, it serves high-end communication base stations, satellite systems and precision test equipment.

Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO)

Its output frequency can be minutely adjusted within a narrow range via an applied control voltage. It is commonly used in Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) circuits for frequency synchronization or modulation purposes.

Cutting-edge sectors including high-speed 5G networks, IoT full connectivity, AI computing and autonomous driving impose unprecedented stringent requirements on timing precision. Miniaturized crystal oscillators with lower power consumption, higher operating frequencies and superior anti-interference performance (such as ultra-compact 2520 and 2016 form factors) have become critical components underpinning underlying hardware performance.
